Our Nova Serviced Apartments offer more spacious, fully furnished, beautifully decorated homes, much larger than hotel rooms (even extended stay hotel rooms), featuring a genuine residential character – Like Home, Like Hotels! Also, popular with Airbnb Vacation Rentals & Holiday Rental Homes, all apartments usually feature a complete kitchen and have separate dining, living and sleeping areas. They can also include amenities like an Iron & Ironing Board, landline Telephone, DTH, and Wireless Internet – an excellent and cost-effective alternative to traditional Hotels.
All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with cooking utensils and crockery to cater to the maximum usage of the apartment. Rentals include Cleaning, Linen changes, Water, Wi-Fi Internet, DTH, Power Backup, and all flat/society maintenance. The amenities differ as per your chosen Apartment Category – Standard, Superior, or Premier and exact inclusions are provided at the time of making your booking. Additional amenities that may be offered as per your plan include Washing Machine, RO Water Purifier, Toiletries, Welcome Packs, Iron & Ironing Board, etc.
For the Night, Monthly, and Annually packages room cleaning facilities will be customised at the time of the property.
We offer comprehensive information including pictures of all our properties on our website. It should be enough for most bookers to choose their desired property. However, we can also arrange limited viewings upon request but subject to availability, especially if you are making a monthly stay booking. Please contact our Sales team to arrange your viewings.
Just select the property of your choice and enter your Check-In & Check-Out Dates (minimum 1,7, 15, or 30 Nights) to get Weekly, Fortnightly & Monthly discounted rentals respectively. The Monthly discounted rentals also remain fixed for stays of longer than a month. The Apartments are classified as per their facilities & amenities into three categories – STANDARD, SUPERIOR & PREMIER. The best rates in the STANDARD category are our Lowest Pricing for any apartment. You will be able to make your booking online after selecting your dates and room category. You will get an instant confirmation email or WhatsApp for your successful booking. You can also view our currently running Special Offers on the OFFERS page.
If you do not have a credit card available to cover any unpaid bills, loss, or damage, you may be required to pay a security deposit on your arrival. We will keep the deposit during your stay until we can confirm there are no pending bills or any additional cleaning or damage/loss in the apartment. If there are no such deductions, then they will be returned to you in full at the end of your stay.
No. Full Payment is required at the time of booking OR prior to check-in. The advance payment is as per your booked Rate Category. The payment terms are listed before you make your booking and are also detailed in your confirmation email.
We accept all major debit/credit cards as well as UPI, Netbanking, Google Pay & PayTM. In some cases, we may also accept Cash upon arrival. However, Cheques are NOT accepted for any payments.
You can book for a Minimum of 1 night & a Maximum of 12 Months in one booking. Monthly Discounted Rentals are applicable for a Minimum of 28 Nights’ stays for their discount available and into a discussion.
Yes, We do monthly or yearly plans. They can be discussed mutually.
As the name suggests, our Add-On Service Packs are optional extras that can be added while making bookings online. They are designed for providing an enhanced stay experience by offering extra amenities like food facilities Alternate Days Cleaning, Premium WiFi, Welcome Pack & Toiletries, Car Parking, and Early Check-In OR Late Check-Out (up to 4 Hours).
Yes, extra Cleaning can be availed on a chargeable basis at Rs 400. It includes full Apartment Cleaning with all Linen replacements (Bedsheets, Towels, Pillows, etc.) plus Utensils cleaning & Garbage removal.
Yes, please provide your GST details at the time of making your booking with Nova, so that we can generate your GST invoice accordingly at the end of your stay.
* Studio – Upto 2 Adults 1 Child (3rd Adult guest chargeable extra) Extra guest charges are Rs 600/day. Extra Beds/mattresses are provided only if there are Extra guests billed during your stay.
